✨ Introduction
This workshop is designed around Taiwanese food culture, guiding students to explore Taiwan’s distinctive cuisine, dining etiquette, and food-related cultural practices. At the same time, learners will acquire essential dining vocabulary and practical expressions for ordering food, creating a situational Mandarin learning experience that integrates language learning with cultural immersion.
Through situational simulations and interactive practice, students are encouraged to actively use Mandarin to place orders, ask about menu items, and express personal preferences. This helps strengthen their spoken output skills, build communication confidence, and gradually improve their ability to use everyday Mandarin flexibly in real-life situations.
The course also introduces aspects of Taiwanese daily food culture, helping students understand different eating habits and their cultural meanings. While learning the language, students also develop a broader understanding of everyday life in Taiwan.
Through this integrated design of language and culture, students learn in a relaxed and interactive environment, enhancing both their Mandarin proficiency and their ability to adapt to life in Taiwan.

✨ Giới thiệu
Workshop này được thiết kế xoay quanh chủ đề văn hóa ẩm thực Đài Loan, giúp sinh viên tìm hiểu các món ăn đặc trưng, văn hóa ăn uống và nghi thức dùng bữa tại Đài Loan. Đồng thời, người học sẽ được trang bị từ vựng liên quan đến ẩm thực và các mẫu câu đặt món thiết thực, tạo nên môi trường học tiếng Trung theo tình huống kết hợp với trải nghiệm văn hóa.
Thông qua mô phỏng tình huống và thực hành tương tác, sinh viên được khuyến khích sử dụng tiếng Trung để gọi món, hỏi thông tin món ăn và diễn đạt nhu cầu cá nhân. Qua đó, người học tăng cường khả năng nói, xây dựng sự tự tin trong giao tiếp và dần sử dụng tiếng Trung linh hoạt trong đời sống hằng ngày.
Khóa học cũng giới thiệu văn hóa ẩm thực thường nhật của Đài Loan, giúp sinh viên hiểu hơn về thói quen ăn uống và ý nghĩa văn hóa phía sau. Trong quá trình học ngôn ngữ, sinh viên đồng thời mở rộng hiểu biết về đời sống tại Đài Loan.
Thông qua thiết kế tích hợp ngôn ngữ và văn hóa, sinh viên học tập trong môi trường thoải mái, tương tác cao, giúp nâng cao năng lực tiếng Trung và khả năng thích nghi với cuộc sống tại Đài Loan.
